DI Records is a digital independent record label founded by Dakota Horbaczek in 2019 and based in Pittsburgh, PA. The label started out as a Facebook page called PA Local Bands in 2017.

After just a few months it quickly became clear that many great bands in the world were being overlooked and weren’t receiving the support they deserve. Dakota decided to change the business name to Devil Inside Promotions. The name change was necessary in order to promote any band regardless of where they were in the world. Soon after the name change the business exploded with new, amazing bands that could elevate fan bases with their music. No matter how wonderful that was, the company’s goal had always been to create a label which became a reality in two years after starting the Facebook page.

The label’s mission has always been to support select bands that push past their boundaries, to create music people could feel in their souls. DI Records has since created an amazing roster of bands from around the world.

We offer artists a variety of services such as online digital distribution for our bands to over 200 online stores, contacts for promoters, and access to venues and reviewers around the world.

All bands who release music with us are eligible for sync deals with Hollywood. Our team tirelessly works to get our artists on Spotify playlists and in music magazines worldwide.
